WEBSITES

A website people
can make sense of.

A good website helps people understand your business and take the next step. We plan the content, design and development together, so the finished site explains what you do, works on mobile and makes enquiries straightforward.

Content, design and development, planned together.

WHEN IT HELPS

Give customers a useful place to land.

Your first website

Explain the services you offer and give people a clear way to contact you.

A site you’ve outgrown

Replace confusing pages, dated layouts or a site that is hard to keep current.

A campaign landing page

Give one offer a focused page that answers the visitor’s questions and leads to an enquiry.

DESIGN THE NEXT STEP

From a first visit to a useful enquiry.

Someone arrives with a question. The page explains the service, gives them relevant evidence and makes it easy to get in touch. We plan that journey before choosing the effects and features.

Page planning and content

Map your services, customer questions and enquiry paths. We work with your business knowledge to write useful pages with clear headings and actions.

Brand and interface design

Bring your identity into the typography, colours, layouts and illustrations. We review the design with you before the build.

Responsive development

Build the agreed pages and interactions for desktop and smaller screens. Forms, navigation and important information need to work across those layouts.

SEO and migration foundations

Plan page titles, descriptions, internal links and indexable content. For a rebuild, review existing URLs and agree which redirects and content need to carry across.

Content publishing

If you need articles, case studies or editable service content, we plan how those pages are organised and how your team will maintain them.

Launch and handover

Check the agreed enquiry flows, connect the domain and hosting, and explain how the site is maintained. Ongoing changes can be scoped separately.

WORKING TOGETHER

WHAT YOU TAKE AWAY

A site your business can keep using.

We discuss the editing and support needs alongside the build, so launch is followed by a clear way to maintain the site.

  • The agreed pages, content and responsive design
  • Working enquiry paths and SEO foundations
  • A handover for publishing and ongoing maintenance

BEFORE YOU GET STARTED

A few questions
we can clear up.

What’s included, what to expect, and what we’ll agree before work starts.

Can you rebuild our existing website?

Yes. We review what is worth keeping, how the current pages are used and what needs changing. Existing URLs, search visibility and any integrations belong in the migration plan.

Can you help write the content?

Yes. We turn your services, project details and answers to customer questions into page content. You review business facts and claims before publication.

Will we be able to add blogs and case studies?

Yes, when publishing is included in the brief. We agree who will update the site and choose an editing setup that suits them. The handover covers adding content and maintaining those pages.

Does a new website include ongoing SEO?

The build includes the agreed SEO foundations. Ongoing search work, articles and performance reviews are a separate scope.

How long does a website take?

The page count, integrations, content readiness and review stages affect the schedule. We set out a delivery plan once those requirements are clear.

What costs continue after the website launches?

Hosting, domain renewal and any paid tools continue after the build. Content updates, maintenance and ongoing SEO are separate services unless included in your proposal. We identify these costs before work starts.

What do we receive at handover?

The completed website and the access, documentation and editing guidance agreed for your project. The proposal also sets out ownership, third-party licences and any support after launch.
