AI CONSULTING

Find where AI
would actually help.

We interview your staff and follow the way work gets done today. Then we identify where AI, automation or a simpler process could reduce repeated work, and recommend what to tackle first.

MAKE THE DECISION BEFORE THE BUILD

A clearer view of where to invest.

A staff member walks us through a recurring task. We map the process, compare the options and set out what would need to be true for the change to pay off. The result is a decision you can assess, rather than a shopping list of AI tools.

HOW IT WORKS
“We enter it twice.”“Approvals sit in the inbox.”“Only one person knows the steps.”
Map how the work happensInterview staff. Follow a real job.

Simplify

Remove an unnecessary step.

Automate

Connect predictable tasks.

AI assistance

Interpret or draft, with review.

A focused next step

Scope, costs, oversight and a way to measure the result.

A view of the work, before a choice of tools. Illustrative example; scope and connections are agreed for your business.

WHEN IT HELPS

Start with the work that takes too much handling.

You’re considering AI

Understand where it could help before committing to a tool or project.

Staff repeat the same tasks

Examine the frequency, handoffs and review work behind daily administration.

You need an investment decision

Compare potential savings with delivery effort, running costs and the checks needed.

Staff interviews

Talk with the people doing the work, including the workarounds that never appear in a procedure. On-site interviews can be included where agreed.

Workflow mapping

Follow the task from its starting point through the tools, people and handoffs. Record what changes for exceptions and who makes the decisions.

Tool and data review

Look at the existing tools, available integrations and information used. Access, data quality and the need for review affect which options are realistic.

Opportunity comparison

Compare better use of existing tools, straightforward automation and AI-assisted work. Explain where a simpler change may be enough.

Cost and benefit assessment

Consider frequency and time spent alongside setup costs, ongoing subscriptions and human review. Make the assumptions behind any estimates visible.

Roadmap and pilot planning

Prioritise the worthwhile changes and identify what to test first. Set out the questions, dependencies and measures needed for a pilot decision.

WORKING TOGETHER

Listen first. Investigate. Set out the options.

The assessment can focus on one team or a wider set of workflows. We agree the scope and the people involved before the interviews begin.

    YOU GETAn assessment brief

  2. Interview and observe

Ask staff to explain real tasks, tools, repeated handling and exceptions.

YOU GETA map of the current work

  3. Assess the opportunities

Compare approaches, feasibility, review needs, likely costs and potential benefits.

    YOU GETPrioritised findings and assumptions

  4. Plan the next decision

Present the recommendations and define what a pilot should prove before expanding.

YOU GETA roadmap and pilot criteria

WHAT YOU TAKE AWAY

An assessment you can act on.

You can use the findings to decide what to pursue, defer or leave alone. Implementation, staff training and ongoing support are discussed as a separate next stage.

  • Workflow maps for the agreed areas of the business
  • Prioritised opportunities with costs and assumptions to investigate
  • Recommended next steps and measures for a pilot

BEFORE YOU GET STARTED

A few questions
we can clear up.

What’s included, what to expect, and what we’ll agree before work starts.

Do we need to choose an AI product first?

No. We start with the tasks and existing tools. The assessment helps determine whether AI, another type of automation or a process change is suitable.

Will you speak with our staff?

Yes. Interviews are central to understanding how the work really happens. We agree the teams, access and interview arrangements, including on-site work where suitable.

How do you calculate potential savings?

We examine task frequency and time involved, then account for delivery, running costs and the review work that remains. Estimates identify the assumptions a pilot needs to test.

Will our business information go into an AI tool?

We discuss the data, access and provider requirements before any tool use. The assessment determines which information is needed and how it can be handled appropriately.

Can you help implement the recommendations?

We can discuss a follow-on build, pilot or training project. Its scope and ongoing support are agreed before that work starts.

What do we get at the end of the assessment?

A map of the workflows reviewed, prioritised opportunities and a practical roadmap. Recommendations explain the likely benefit, effort, running costs and review needs. A pilot is scoped separately so you can decide whether to proceed.

LET’S TALK ABOUT THE JOB
