BUSINESS PROCESS AUTOMATION

Less copying.
Fewer manual steps.

We help you connect the tasks that keep your business moving: enquiries, bookings, customer records, approvals and reporting. Start with an assessment, test one useful workflow, then agree how to keep it running and improve it.

ONE POSSIBLE WORKFLOW

An enquiry arrives. The next steps are clear.

A form submission could create a record, prepare a summary and route it to a staff member. A person reviews any customer-facing response before it is sent. The possible connections depend on the tools you use.

Check again when the details arrive.
No silent dead end.

A clear path, including when something is missing. Illustrative example; scope and connections are agreed for your business.

Sales and CRM workflows

Capture enquiries, create customer records, assign follow-up and prepare quotes. Keep the team informed without entering the same details in several places.

Customer onboarding and operations

Collect the information you need, check for missing details and move bookings or applications through clear stages. Give staff a way to handle exceptions.

Documents and reporting

Extract information from documents, flag incomplete records and prepare reports. Where AI interprets information, agree how accuracy is checked before anyone relies on it.

Workplace requests and approvals

Connect internal requests, approvals and updates in the Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 tools you already use, where their integrations and permissions allow.

AI-assisted and agentic workflows

Use AI where a step needs interpretation or drafting. For AI that can take actions, define what it is allowed to do and where staff approval is required.

Automation care and improvement

Agree responsibility for monitoring, failed connections and changes to connected systems. Ongoing support can include issue review and improvements as your business changes.

WHEN IT HELPS

Connect the steps your team repeats.

Information is copied between tools

Assess how records could move without someone re-entering the same details.

Requests need routing and follow-up

Define what should happen when a form, message or status change arrives.

AI needs a place in the process

Plan where AI can help interpret information and where someone should review it.

WORKING TOGETHER

Assess. Pilot. Keep improving.

We agree each stage before it starts. The assessment identifies a sensible first workflow. A focused pilot tests it in practice. Rollout and ongoing care follow when the result and running costs make sense.

  1. Assess the work

Walk through the task with the people doing it. Map the inputs, tools, decisions, repeated handling and current outcome.

YOU GETA workflow map and a clear priority

  2. Design a focused pilot

Check integrations, permissions and costs. Agree what will run automatically, what needs approval and how to measure the result.

YOU GETA pilot scope, review points and success measures

  3. Build, test and hand over

For an agreed pilot, connect the steps and test normal cases, missing information, failed connections and staff approvals. Document how it works.

YOU GETA tested pilot and operating guidance

  4. Review and keep it useful

Compare the result with the original task. Agree rollout, ownership and support. Ongoing care can cover failures, connection changes and further improvements.

YOU GETA rollout decision and an agreed care plan

WHAT YOU TAKE AWAY

A useful workflow, with someone responsible for it.

You can begin with an assessment and decide on the pilot afterwards. Each stage has its own agreed scope, costs and responsibilities.

  • Assessment: map the work and choose a first improvement
  • Pilot: build and test a focused workflow
  • Ongoing care: agree monitoring, support and improvements

BEFORE YOU GET STARTED

A few questions
we can clear up.

What’s included, what to expect, and what we’ll agree before work starts.

Does every automation need AI?

No. Many tasks are better handled by clear rules and existing integrations. AI is considered where interpretation or drafting adds value.

Can you assess n8n workflows?

Yes. We can consider n8n and other integration approaches based on the systems, permissions and hosting requirements involved. The tool is chosen after the workflow is understood.

What is an agentic workflow?

It is a workflow where AI can choose among actions to complete a defined task. We discuss the permitted actions, review points and conditions for handing work back to a person.

Can we approve customer-facing actions?

Approval steps can be part of the workflow design. We define what needs review and what happens if a person corrects or rejects the output.

What if a connection or AI step fails?

The pilot scope should include exceptions, alerts and a manual fallback. We also agree who is responsible for reviewing issues and any ongoing monitoring.

Can you look after an automation after launch?

Yes, ongoing care can be scoped around the workflow and systems involved. We agree monitoring, support responsibilities and improvements before it starts. Response times and coverage are part of that agreement.

What ongoing costs should we expect?

Depending on the design, costs may include workflow hosting, software subscriptions, AI usage and support. We identify these in the pilot plan and agree how usage and maintenance will be reviewed before wider rollout.
