THE PROJECT
A connected booking operation.
Terraline developed a customer booking website and an administration platform for CrunchyHoppers. The system brought together the work previously handled through spreadsheets, phone calls and manual scheduling.
BEFORE
Every booking meant more manual work.
CrunchyHoppers managed bookings and customer information in Google Sheets. Staff called customers, checked Google Maps, calculated travel costs and looked for scheduling conflicts themselves. Workers were arranged in Google Calendar and collected payment at the job.
That meant a booking involved several separate tasks before the worker could get to the customer. The founders spent time coordinating those tasks alongside running the business.
WHAT WE BUILT
From the first booking to the working day.
Customers can make a booking through a landing page. The system checks conflicts, calculates pricing and presents a quote. The customer can then pay online, with phone verification and SMS and email notifications included in the process.
Workers are assigned automatically. The administration dashboard gives the business a shared view of incoming bookings, orders and analytics, with controls for reallocating workers and managing days off.
