BUSINESS IT & DIGITAL SETUP

Get the basics
working properly.

A business email address should work from the first day. We connect your domain, set up Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 and create the accounts your staff need. Starting fresh or sorting out an existing setup, we help you understand what is in place and what needs changing.

WHEN IT HELPS

New business. New staff. A setup that needs attention.

Starting a business

Get a professional email address on your own domain and a clear plan for the accounts you need.

Bringing people on board

Create staff accounts and work through which inboxes and tools each person needs.

Untangling an existing setup

Understand who controls your domain, how email is connected and what changes are needed.

Business email on your domain

Set up Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 with email addresses that match your business. We work through the people and inboxes required before creating accounts.

Domain and email connections

Configure the domain records that connect your email and other agreed services. If you already have a website or email, we identify those connections before changing them.

Staff accounts and access

Add users and configure the agreed account access. We also identify who should administer the setup so future changes have a clear owner.

Existing email and account review

Check what you already use and discuss any changes or migration work. The amount of existing email, access available and services involved shape the scope.

Testing and handover

Check the agreed email and sign-in flows, then walk you through the setup and how to request future account changes.

HOW THE PIECES CONNECT

Your domain. Your email. Your team.

Your domain is the address people recognise. Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 provides the email service. Staff accounts give each person the access they need. We bring those pieces together and check they work.

BEFORE YOU GET STARTED

A few questions
we can clear up.

What’s included, what to expect, and what we’ll agree before work starts.

Google Workspace or Microsoft 365—which should we use?

We start with the tools your team already relies on and how you work. The right choice depends on those requirements, the applications you need and the subscription options available.

Can you help if we already have email?

Yes. We review your current provider, mailboxes, files and access before planning the move. The proposal identifies what will be migrated, what stays where it is, and how the changeover will be checked.

Are subscriptions and domain fees included?

Provider subscriptions, domain registration and the setup work are different costs. We’ll make clear what is included in the proposal and what you pay the providers.

Can you add accounts as our team grows?

Yes. We can help create additional staff accounts and discuss changes to access. Tell us which platform you use and what each person needs.

What do you need from us?

Your domain, current email provider, staff numbers and the tools people need to use. We’ll arrange authorised access during setup. Please don’t send passwords or sensitive account details when booking or emailing us.

Who controls the domain and business accounts?

Your business should control its domain and provider accounts. We agree the account owner and administrator access during setup, including recovery details and how Terraline’s access will be managed.

Can you manage staff access when someone joins or leaves?

Yes. We can add accounts, change permissions and help remove access when staff leave. Any ongoing account management is agreed separately from the initial setup.

LET’S TALK ABOUT THE JOB

Need your business tools set up?

Tell us about your domain, email and the people who need accounts. We’ll discuss what needs doing.
